Say how you feel
Overall, energy and mood on 1–10; ten allergy symptoms from none to severe. A ten-second morning check-in catches what the night did — the signature of dust mite, the most common indoor allergen there is.
Allergy tracking for people who like evidence
Thirty seconds a day on how you feel. Ola Kino lines it up against the weather, the air, your bedroom humidity and your Oura ring — then tells you what it can and cannot see.

How it works
Overall, energy and mood on 1–10; ten allergy symptoms from none to severe. A ten-second morning check-in catches what the night did — the signature of dust mite, the most common indoor allergen there is.
Temperature, humidity, rain and fine particulate from public feeds. Bedroom humidity from a Wi-Fi hygrometer. Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and workouts from Oura. You never type a number you did not feel.
Every factor is tested at lags of nought to seven days, with season and temperature partialled out first. Findings arrive with their sample size, and a printable summary is ready for an appointment.
For your appointment
Most of what a specialist has to work with is what you can remember in the room. Ola Kino prints a summary of what actually happened: how often each symptom appeared and how badly, what the mornings looked like, what your bedroom humidity held overnight, how the ring’s measures compare to your own baseline, and how often you managed the treatment you were prescribed.
What it refuses to do
From the daily data check
“Air quality feed stopped: none of the last 4 settled days has a reading.”
The app checks its own data every day and says when a feed has stopped, because a silent gap is worse than a visible one.
